If you feel like you are running on empty, overwhelmed by everything, and quietly wondering how much longer you can keep going like this, you are not alone. For many highly sensitive people, HSP burnout builds slowly until even everyday life starts to feel like too much.
You may have spent years hearing that you are too sensitive, too much, or somehow not enough. So instead of honoring your sensitivity, you learned to override it, push through it, and keep showing up no matter how depleted you felt.
You kept going. You adapted. You carried more than your system could truly hold.
But eventually, the pressure catches up. The noise, expectations, stimulation, and emotional weight of everything around you begin to feel unbearable. Your mind keeps racing, your body stays tense, and even small things can feel like too much.
Maybe you find yourself hiding away in darkness and silence just to get some relief. Maybe you feel like you are barely holding it together, yet you still keep going — even through the exhaustion, headaches, pain, and self-doubt.
You may put other people’s needs first because it feels so hard to say no. You absorb their stress, emotions, and expectations until you lose touch with your own needs, your own energy, and sometimes even your sense of self.
And slowly, you burn out.
You feel deeply. You think deeply. You take in so much. Over time, that can leave you overwhelmed, overstimulated, and depleted — wondering why life feels so much harder than it seems to for everyone else.
If you have been asking yourself why it all feels so hard, there is a reason.

There comes a moment when pushing harder is no longer sustainable. That moment can become a turning point — an invitation to slow down, receive support, and begin healing in a way that feels gentler, wiser, and more aligned with who you really are.
If you are here now, something in you may already know it is time for a different way — one that honors your sensitivity, supports your nervous system, and helps you feel more calm, clear, and connected to yourself again.
I understand this deeply because I have lived it too. As an HSP myself, I know what burnout can feel like — and I also know recovery is possible. You do not need to keep forcing your way through alone. The right support can help your sensitive system finally exhale.
As an HSP Burnout Coach, I’m here to help you restore your energy, reconnect with yourself, and work with your sensitivity in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and empowering.
If you feel drained by work, sensory input, relationships, constant demands, or the emotional weight of everyone around you, there is nothing wrong with you. Highly sensitive people process deeply, become overstimulated faster, and often carry more than others can see.
For many HSPs, burnout can look functional on the outside. You may still be getting things done, but it takes everything you have. Your nervous system is overloaded, your patience is thinner, and even small demands feel heavy.
Recovery is not about becoming less sensitive. It is about creating a life, pace, and support system that work with your sensitive nervous system so you can feel calm, restored, and balanced again.
HSP burnout can also be a wake-up call — an invitation to slow down, honor your needs, and stop living in constant override.
HSP burnout is a state of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion caused by chronic stress, nervous system overstimulation, and sensitivity suppression.
Imagine feeling less reactive, less depleted, and more at home in yourself. This coaching supports you in recovering from HSP burnout by honoring your sensitivity, understanding what is draining you, and helping you build a calmer, more sustainable way of living.

We begin by understanding what your system has been carrying — your stress patterns, burnout signs, and how your energy, sleep, focus, mood, and body have been affected by stress — so we can gently identify what support will help you feel safer and more restored.
From there, we focus on helping your nervous system come out of constant stress mode through grounding, calming, and restorative practices that reduce overwhelm and create more steadiness in your body.
This may include grounding, breathwork, meditation, somatic support, relaxation, energy clearing, emotional processing, and other holistic tools chosen with care for your unique needs.
Next, we focus on helping you restore your energy in ways that feel nourishing and realistic — not like one more thing to force yourself to do. We reduce what's draining you and add what's missing to increase your energy.
Together, we create a personalized rhythm of self-care that includes plenty of rest, restorative sleep, holistic nutrition, gentle movement, and recovery practices that support your real life, your real capacity, and your sensitive system.
The goal is to help you feel more nourished, steady, and resourced over time through support that is sustainable enough to last.
As you begin to feel more supported, we also look at the deeper patterns that have kept you overextended, depleted, and disconnected from your own needs.
Without shifting the patterns that lead to HSP burnout, relief often stays temporary. That is why we gently explore what is draining you, what keeps you in overdrive, and what needs to change so your life can support your sensitivity instead of working against it.
This may include softening people-pleasing, perfectionism, overcommitting, and self-abandonment while strengthening boundaries, self-trust, energy management, and choices that truly honor you.
If this feels like a lot, please know we will move gently. Slowing down is not falling behind — it is part of the recovery process.
Recovery takes time, especially when burnout has been building for a while. Many clients need several months of gentle support as they begin making steady, sustainable changes.
Together, we create a more sustainable way of living that honors your sensitivity, your needs, and your capacity.

This coaching is for highly sensitive people who are ready for gentle, meaningful support and open to making sustainable changes that honor their energy, needs, and nervous system.
To help you discern whether this is the right kind of support, it may not be the best fit if you need care that is outside the scope of holistic coaching or a different level of support right now.
What does support look like inside this coaching experience?
You will receive personalized 1:1 coaching, gentle guidance, and practical support tailored to your burnout patterns, energy, nervous system, and current season of life.
You will also have between-session support through your client portal, so you can stay connected, ask questions, and receive ongoing encouragement as you integrate what we explore together.
My role is to help you make meaningful, sustainable shifts without pushing beyond your capacity.
I already feel low on energy. Will this feel overwhelming?
No. This work is designed to be gentle, supportive, and paced with care. We follow your body’s lead and move at a pace that feels steady and manageable, especially if your energy is already low.
How long does it usually take to start feeling better?
The timeline is different for everyone, but many people begin to feel relief once they understand their patterns and start making supportive changes. Lasting recovery tends to come through small, steady shifts that build over time.
What if I am not sure whether this is burnout yet?
You do not need to be completely sure it is burnout to receive support. This work can still help if you are dealing with chronic stress, overwhelm, overstimulation, low energy, or cycles of pushing and crashing.
You do not have to wait until things get worse to get care. If stress is affecting your energy, peace, health, or relationships, this support may be a good place to begin.
Is this coaching the same as therapy?
No. This is a holistic coaching service focused on supportive guidance, practical tools, reflection, and sustainable change. If you need mental health treatment, diagnosis, or medical care, working with a licensed therapist, medical doctor, or another regulated provider may be the better fit.
What if I cannot tell whether this is burnout, anxiety, or depression?
Many symptoms can overlap. Coaching can support you with stress patterns, boundaries, energy restoration, and building capacity, but it is not a substitute for therapy or medical care. If you are unsure what kind of support you need, the Connection Call can help you discern what makes the most sense and whether a licensed professional should also be part of your care.
You do not have to keep living in survival mode or carrying so much on your own. With the right support, it is possible to feel more grounded, more energized, and more like yourself again while honoring your sensitive nature. If you are ready to begin, I invite you to book a free Connection Call and take the first gentle step toward recovery.
