Of course! That's an important part of the discovery process. I will help you navigate through the confusion and figure out whether you are an HSP, an Empath, or both! and even more important than the "label" - we will work on discovering who you really are at the level of your Soul. This is a profound self-discovery journey.
Why do monthly subscription coaching instead of coaching packages?
I work with monthly subscription ongoing coaching instead of coaching packages to give you the flexibility to choose the length of support you need, the convenience of monthly payments, and the choice to pause or cancel anytime.
Neither you nor I can accurately predict how long your journey will take. This is not surface-level coaching β this is deep self-discovery and self-healing work that requires time to unfold. You can stay as little or as long as you need; this will depend on your unique struggles, needs, and progress.
What length of coaching do you recommend?
The length of coaching varies according to your specific needs. However, I recommend a minimum of 3 months to allow us to go deep and explore the root of your struggles with sensitivity and address them holistically. This is a deep, transformative, and self-healing journey that requires time to unfold.
What frequency of coaching do you recommend?
I recommend that we start working initially 4 times a month to set up a strong foundation and momentum. This frequency helps us to create a better relationship and allows me to support you better at the initial stage.
After 3 months of coaching, if you prefer, you can switch to 2 sessions per month or continue with weekly sessions for as long as you need. However, you can choose the frequency that best suits your needs.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel or pause and renew your subscription at any time. You can do this by simply login into your account and selecting the change you want.
Payments are made automatically at the beginning of the coaching month, so make sure you cancel the subscription at least one week before the next automatic monthly payment goes through.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the work, the level of commitment, and the flexibility of the subscription model, I do not offer refunds.
